A portrait of the seditious General Mark Milley has been removed from the Pentagon.

Milley, a former U.S. Army General who served as chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff under Donald Trump and Joe Biden, committed an act of treason in the final days of the first Trump presidency by speaking to the Chinese Foreign Minister without the permission of the commander-in-chief.

He was rewarded for this act of sedition by the Biden regime, who allowed him to stay in his role until his retirement in 2023.

Milley would later speak openly about his progressive worldview and disdain for Donald Trump, who he described as a “fascist to the core.”

Earlier this month, Pentagon officials even unveiled a portrait of Milley as a tribute to his supposed public service.

However, that portrait has now been taken down within hours of Trump taking office.

Politico reports:

The portrait of Gen. Mark Milley, the former Chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, disappeared Monday from the Pentagon — less than three hours after President Donald Trump took office.

Incoming Defense Department officials did not explain the portrait’s removal, which the Biden administration hung less than two weeks ago in the spot with other former Pentagon chairs.

A Pentagon spokesperson referred all questions to the White House, which did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Amid speculation that Milley would face prosecution for his acts of treason, Joe Biden issued him a pre-emptive pardon hours before leaving office.

In a statement, Biden said that Milley had and other corrupt public servants such as Liz Cheney and Dr. Anthony Fauci had “served our nation with honor and distinction And do not deserve to be the targets of unjustified and politically motivated prosecutions.”

Milley said he was “deeply grateful” for the pardon.

“After forty-three years of faithful service in uniform to our Nation, protecting and defending the Constitution, I do not wish to spend whatever remaining time the Lord grants me fighting those who unjustly might seek retribution for perceived slights,” he continued.

”I do not want to put my family, my friends, and those with whom I served through the resulting distraction, expense, and anxiety.”
