Fani Willis is fighting back after a Georgia Appeals court booted her from the Trump RICO case.

As reported earlier, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her entire office were disqualified from prosecuting Trump in their lawfare RICO case.

The appeals court did not throw out the charges, however, Fani Willis and her office have "no authority to proceed."

The Georgia Appeals Court disqualified Fani Willis because of an appearance of impropriety.

Fani Willis asked the Georgia Supreme Court to intervene later Thursday after she got tossed from the case.
